JOB TITLE: GB U16 MEN’S COACHES
The Great Britain U16s coaches are responsible for supporting the delivery of high quality coaching to athletes in the under-16 talent pool such that they acquire the technical, physical and mental skills necessary to develop and progress through the levels of the GB Men’s programme.
This role will also, when required, work collaboratively with the GB Men’s Head Coach, GB Men’s coaches, Technical Director, National Squads Director and Head of Performance to contribute to the delivery and development of both the GB U16s programme and the overall GB Men’s programme.
