Ice Hockey UK (IHUK) is the national governing body of the sport of ice hockey in the United Kingdom. Affiliated to the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), IHUK is the internationally recognised umbrella body in the United Kingdom. The organisation is responsible to the IIHF for the good order of the sport in the UK.
Ice Hockey UK runs the national Ice Hockey teams, covering the GB Men, GB Women, GB mens U20s, the GB men and womens U18 and U16 teams.
Our mission is to unearth, develop and support our athletes and people to allow all the GB
teams to be truly competitive on the world-stage in the men and women’s ice hockey game.
We believe that the latent talent and desire to achieve GB success already exists, and that it is our duty to unlock the barriers that may previously have existed, through a unified approach.
We will do this through a world-class development pathway for our Athletes and teams, and we have a clear plan to achieve this.
We’re resolute in our Mission:
1. We will be competitive on the world-stage in the Men’s and Women’s game by
supporting our Athletes and people to create extraordinary moments.
2. We will operate an improved GB Development Pathway for junior Athletes, and work
