Great Britain begin their training camp today ahead of three games against Spain in a series of U18 Women’s challenge matches this week.

The two sides will go head-to-head at Dumfries Ice Bowl on Tuesday (1pm), Wednesday (1pm) and Thursday (1pm) as part of preparations for next year’s World Championship.

The GB squad are assembling in Dumfries this morning to undergo a training camp ahead of three midweek matches.

The camp gets under way this afternoon with an on-ice practice and is followed by two sessions tomorrow ahead of the three games in three days.

Tuesday 5th November: Great Britain v Spain – 1pm
Wednesday 6th November: Great Britain v Spain – 1pm
Thursday 7th November: Great Britain v Spain – 1pm

GB will travel to Riga for the IIHF Under 18 Women’s World Championship Division II Group A from 13th to 19th January 2025.

They’ll face hosts Latvia as well as Chinese Taipei, Kazakhstan, Netherlands and New Zealand.
