The games form part of both sides’ preparations for next months’ World Championship in Czechia.
GB are in Group A in Prague and will face number one seeds Canada and number two seeds Finland, as well as Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Norway and Switzerland. Matches will take place in the 17,383-seater 02 Arena.
Poland are in Group B in Ostrava – with games being held in the 10,000-seater Ostravar Arena – and will face France, Germany, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Slovakia, Sweden and the USA.
Head Coach, Pete Russell, said: “These are two important matches for us as part of our build-up for the World Championship.
“Poland are a strong side and will be a great test for us. We had a superb game against them last year and battles between the two sides are always intense.
“We can run our eye over our roster this weekend and make the final decisions ahead of the going to Czechia.”
In last year’s game, Ben Lake scored the overtime winner as GB beat Poland 5-4 after overtime at the Motorpoint Arena.
Jonathan Phillips, Cade Neilson, Liam Kirk and Mike Hammond were also on target in a thrilling victory.
