Following the announcement of the completion of the merger between Ice Hockey UK, England Ice Hockey and Scottish Ice Hockey, IHUK’s Interim CEO Tim Bratton has written to all members.
This is a defining moment for ice hockey in the UK – the first Olympic sport in Britain to fully unify governance across all home nations.
And importantly, it’s been made possible by the mandate and strong support given to the three organisations by its members.
We now have one sport, one structure and one clear direction. The focus is on delivery, growing the game, raising standards and improving the experience at every level.
