Great Britain beat Kazakhstan 3-1 in their second and final warm-up game ahead of the Women’s World Championship Division I Group B getting under way later this week.

Louise Adams put GB ahead (16:44) with the only goal of the first period.

There were no goals in the second session and Ella Howard replaced Nicole Jackson between the pipes for GB ahead of the third period.

Sofiya Zubkova equalised for Kazakhstan (43:53) before Adams netted her second of the night (45:15).

Lilly Endicott scored her first goal for the senior GB team to secure the victory (58:47).

GB are hosting the Women’s World Championship Division I Group B in Dumfries from 9th to 15th April.

Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Korea and Slovenia complete the six-team group with the winners being promoted to the second tier.
