Great Britain were beaten 3-1 by Krefelder Eislauf at the Yayla Arena on Tuesday night in the first match of the under-18 men’s Winter Challenge Tour in Germany.

It was a great, battling performance by the GB youngsters against one of the top junior sides in Germany.

Ben Clarke-Leach started between the pipes and Ryan Leese scored GB’s goal in the third period.

GB are back in action tomorrow in Cologne against KEC Kölner Eishockey at the Kölnarena 2.
