Reporting a Safeguarding Concern

If you are worried that a child or adult may be at risk, please fill in the sections below and provide as much detail as possible. Once you have completed this form, it will be sent to IHUK safeguarding team, who will investigate the concern. This may mean that we need to talk to statutory agencies as we have a duty to notify them. We may ask you to complete a referral to the Police or the local authority, in some situations.
