The UK hosted a stage of the Olympic Qualifiers earlier this month with a successful four-team tournament in Sheffield.
Great Britain, Latvia, Netherlands and Spain took part in the Qualification Round 3 Group E in iceSheffield.
Six matches over three days took place at the Bauer Arena with crowds roaring on all four teams, including hundreds of local schoolchildren who attended Thursday afternoon’s action.
GB just missed out on reaching Final Qualifying for the 2026 Winter Olympics with a final-day defeat by Netherlands who progress to the next stage in February.
The jerseys worn by GB during the tournament are available to buy online, with all profits being invested into the next Olympic Qualifying campaign.
Ice Hockey UK CEO, Henry Staelens, said: “I’d like to thank everyone involved in the women’s Olympic Qualifiers in Sheffield – from the athletes and coaches, through to the support staff and events team, it was a successful tournament.
“It’s, of course, a shame that our GB narrowly missed out on qualification to the next round, but everyone should be very proud of the effort and the progress is clear to see.
“We have invested record amounts in GB Women and this trend will continue. There is so much potential and we will learn from this for the future.
“Thanks to the Spain and Latvia for being great competitors and congratulations to the Netherlands – we wish them well in the final qualifying round.”
