The Great Britain staff have been confirmed for the men’s Under-16s Watersley Ice Hockey Tournament taking place in Netherlands this weekend.
Head Coach Jamie Elson is joined by Assistant Coaches Joe Wilson and Matt Lock and Goalie Coach Jordan Marr. Rachel Gay is Team Manager with Owen Bramley as Physio.
Andrew Partridge, Head of Performance for Ice Hockey UK, said: “This year’s GB Under-16s are an extremely talented group of athletes, which is a credit to the home nations and domestic coaches from across the country.
“Supporting our talented athletes, we have a really experienced support team made up of Youth Olympic, Elite League and National League experience, which is fantastic exposure for our future GB senior players.
“We wish the team all the best in this year’s competition.”
The six-team competition will take place from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th May.
GB will face Belgium U16s, Krefeld Penguins U16s, Netherlands U16s, Okanagan U16s and Vikings U16s between the Friday and Sunday morning.
The seeding and medal games will take place on the Sunday afternoon.
