Jonathan Weaver, who was inducted into the UK Ice Hockey Hall of Fame at the weekend, was presented with his certificate ahead of the Elite League match between Nottingham Panthers and Manchester Storm at the Motorpoint Arena on Sunday.
Panthers and Storm are two of his former clubs and he was a special guest at the game which saw the hosts skate to a 4-1 victory.
Weaver stepped onto the ice during the pre-game ceremony and received his certificate from Panthers CEO Omar Pacha.
